”Rome was not built in a day”. Evidently, there are so many things to see. And as local would tell you Rome is best explored by foot. So much is true about this World Heritage site. Hard to say what is the most breathtaking view in this capital city of Italy. Our hotel is near the Spanish Step, one of the attraction. St. Peter Basilica was a sea of people (a day after Christmas). Trevi Fountain, amazing. The Colosseum would definitely bring you back to the movie Gladiator.

Castel Sant’ Angelo
Terletak berhampiran Vatican City. Sekarang dijadikan museum.
This Fortress was built as a mausoleum for the Emperor Hadrian (AD130-139), but it has also been a prison and a papal residence. It was used by former Popes who absconded there for protection in times of danger. There has been a covered passageway which still connects Castel Sant’Angelo to the Vatican.
